Beijing CGB Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2008, is an OEM of wafer processing equipment with in-house R&D, production operation, sales and service to serve customers in the semiconductors & its direct material industry.
Our headquarter is located in the Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Beijing, supported by an Eastern Service Center in Wuxi. Its production facility is based in Langfang, Hebei Province, while R&D centers in China and Japan drive product development and overseas market support.
Our customers include manufacturers of IC, MEMS, wafer substrate, compound semiconductors, Optical Communication Devices, Power Devices, LED, Advanced Packaging, Photovoltaic, flat panel displays, scientific research equipment, etc.
